Por que Genealogia?

Abstract

This text intends, from excerpts taken from Nietzsche’s work, to point out elements which may contribute for the understanding and discussing of Genealogy, a critical way of approaching History. Divided into three parts, this text deals, at first, with Genealogy as duty and deed imposed upon Free Spirits. There follows a discussion about some aspects of the Metaphysical Discourse, taken as a morale producer. At last, it is a presentation of Genealogy as a study which dismantles the Metaphysical Discourse.
