A pesquisa clínica para análise de cultura organizacional
um exercício introdutório ao método
Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to present some results obtained from the development of an organizational culture analysis exercise, making use of SCHEIN's (1992) clinical research method, focusing mainly on basic assumptions taken from the analysis of artifacts and shared values. Data was collected at the Universidade Estadual de Maringá, in Paraná State. The Clinical Research Method is characterized as essentially qualitative, and is introduced in an integrated perspective of organizational culture study. Conclusions point out to the necessity of the Administrative Body of the Universidade Estadual de Maringa consider, in the development of future policies and plannings, several aspects of its culture which have been belittled up to now.
