Reflexões sobre a importância do cotidiano para as pesquisas em Ciências Sociais
Abstract
Daily life — the dark, meaningless and small side of society — has been enlightened in this century by the observation and analysis of researchers dissatisfied with the classical paradigmatic presuppositions. In a near future, as in a new century of lights, it will probably be conceived with a different configuration in relation to its homonym: it won't be the Cartesian logic to enlighten it anymore, but the interpretative and understanding reason to describe the phenomena. Under this point of view, the micro — social aspect will turn out to be its most meaningful methodological instrument. The biggest problem that has come up to the social researchers since then is how to face this hitherto ignored micro — space. This recent Copernican revolution has kept researchers cautious, even because there are opponents to invalidate as scientific these new paradigmatic basis. What we intend to do in this work is, first of all, to analyse the holonomic paradigms in contrast and even in complementation to the classical ones. Afterwards, to reflect about daily life as a methodological instrument of qualitative researches in Social Sciences and specifically in Education.
