Abstract

Ongoing pedagogical experiments in European Universities, specially in Italy and France, point towards the appearance of new professional profiles in the field of Social Communication: the “Animatore Culturale ” and the “Concepteur” in Communication. On the other hand, in Latin America, there is a growing interest in the creation ofa University Degree in Communication and Education. The subject has led the FELAFACS (Federación de las Facultades de Comunicación Social), of Lima, Peru, creating a Work Group in charge of presenting suggestions to the 300 Communication Colleges in the Continent.
