O infinito e os finitos
Abstract
The Infinite and the Finites - Jorge Waxemberg has a fundamental statement, "Being is to be in all". But, how can anyone "be in all” if each of us in the world of finites is always opposing to others? If "being is to be in all”, I am in all. So, all the good or evil I’can cause to my fellowmen, may it be either by action or omission, it will certainly reflect back to myself. This reminds one of another saying, "Don't do anyone what you won't have anyone do to yourself”, It is not easy "to be in all" in this world of finites where "Love One Another” can be replaced by "Annihilate One Another", Thomas Hobbes against Jesus, the Christ. In the lines below, there is a short approach to the situation of Mankind in this world of finites in his anxiety for freedom towards the Infinite.
