Abstract
Starting from the idea that enterprises could have potential to face the environment we have ahead of us by developing three basic and complementary types (human resources management, technological innovation and managerial innovation), this article emphasizes efforts to improve the personnel in the organization, by giving special importance to the management of the so-called knowledge workers. We intend to view the matter on the side of the enterprise by pointing out some difficulties to be faced in this field and some positions considered positive, so that the enterprise and its knowledge workers can reach common interests and benefits, and so be able to overcome the conjucture difficulties that market globalization and global competition tend to worsen.
