Abstract

The cultural violence present in society permeates organizations through communication. This work aims to identify the presence or absence of traces of a culture of violence regarding the inclusion of people with disabilities in communication and organizational discourse in corporate reports. The following is carried out: a) bibliographical research on violence, communication and organizational culture and inclusion of people with disabilities; b) documentary research on reports of commitment to Human Rights from organizations affiliated to the United Nations Global Compact. The results do not necessarily indicate explicit traces of violence, but possible identification based on the organizations' choices in the reports and the possible construction of a discourse of self-promotion in divergence from a real interest in inclusion.
