This article is part of the master's thesis that investigated the continued training of literacy teachers in the municipal education network of Corumbá-MS for the use of information and communication technologies. Specifically, we will address the continuing training actions in ICTs offered by the Municipal Department of Education (SEMED) and the Educational Technology Center (NTEC) to literacy teachers at REME-Corumbá, in the period from 2017 to 2021, in addition to emphasizing the need for access to digital technologies as an intrinsic right of any individual, especially in the school environment for the teaching and learning process. In a qualitative approach, through documentary study, content analysis was used, based on thematic categorization in which we sought to identify the type of training offered and content developed. It is concluded, based on the documentary analysis of the courses offered by SEMED/NTEC to literacy teachers, that in the last five years there has been no specific training for teachers from the 1st year to the 3rd year of Elementary School I, focused on the use of ICTs and Continuing training actions generally had a more technical than formative dimension.
