Increasingly, we have seen politicians – especially from the right-wing political field – taking an interest in the appointment of school principals linked to them. The dispute over school, as a field for “political exchanges” has also been sharpened by other countless recently “made up” structures, leading to teacher’s illness and weakening of public schools. Taking this into account and seeking to create opposing forces to these positions, we seek to understand school principals as creators of confluences, ideas, actions, feelings and power of collective creation. In these processes they form themselves and make up the school’s “teacherstudent” staff. This article seeks to understand this with two solid examples, one in the kindergarten and other in the middle school. The notion of confluence was inspired by NêgoBispo, a quilombola philosopher.
